Of course the internet is a wealth of information, but my favorite book currently is “Be Your Own ‘Doctor'” by Rachel Weaver (very practical book I wouldn’t be without!) and If I had time I would love to take some courses from the SCHOOL OF NATURAL HEALING http://www.snh.cc/.
